For normal returns (non-damaged) items should be returned in original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange your return and refund.
In the event one of our products becomes damaged through no fault of your own or is defective, please e-mail us at email@example.com immediately. We expect the lifetime of our product to hold up.
For damaged replacements we require a photo and description of what happened when the item became damaged. We may also require the item to be mailed back for verification.
If your order happens to be missing a part such as a loop connector or buckle please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your order number and shipping address in the email.
